The Poseidon Rescue Baby Bag is designed of highly durable Flame Retardant outer fabrics which are designed to be robust and durable, and easily wiped clean of soiling.
The internal protective foam lined bedding is modular in design and removable for ease of launder, with child friendly characters to add comfort to the child
The lid has a clear plastic viewing window to allow the child to remain in visual contact with the winchman
Internal restraint for the child is achieve via two cross over harnesses with quick side release buckles
Mesh panels are applied in the bag for both venting and water exiting
The lid also has a portion that can be left open (protected by a mesh fabric) to aid in verbal contact with the child
The bag measures 550mm long x 370mm wide x 240mm high, and designed for up to 20kg
Load testing by QSi NATA lab has been certified to 900kg
Soft panelling allows the bag to be laid flat when not in use on board the aircraft.
Items are supplied with independent mechanical load testing certificates by the independent QSi NATA lab
Items are approved under Poseidon Aviation Form One manufacturers approval via CASA
