The PPL965 Ship Abandonment Life Preserver/Pouch Life Preserver is of a modular design allowing the variance of Inflation Cell designs and volumes, with further choices of Manual or Hydrostatic actuation, in a One Size Fits all design, enhancing ease of repair and or replacement of parts.
The PPL965 is designed to be integrated to the PSAS9872, or worn as a stand alone Life Preserver.
The life preserver is worn around the waist in a typical “Bum Bag” type design, and deployed effortlessly as required. It features twin non-invasive Leg Straps, Waist adjustments, Crotch Strap adjustment and twin lower adjustment points on each of the Inflation Cell lobes to ensure a close and correct fit to variations of body shapes
Pictorial Donning instructions are easily viewed in the ‘Bum Bag” inner lid, to ensure Donning is easily achieved correctly.
